Autumn Storm

Description

Sir Kiljaos Windmane, the lion paladin of wind, is riding on his loyal steed Stormblåst and have arrived on a cliff by a lake. They see an ancient water temple standing tall in the lake while a strong autumn storm rages furiously around them. Stormblåst nickers and rises on two feet close to the edge of the cliff as the strong windstorm blows against their back. Sir Kiljaos calmly and heroicly rises his sword and shield in the air as he can feel in the wind that there may be danger ahead and the storm can get dangerously strong on their way going to investigate the mysterious temple in the lake. But Sir Kiljaos by rising his sword high and Stormblåst by nickering strong and rising on two feet show that they are prepared to face all the dangers lurking in the autumn storm. But what is that zeppelin flying in the stormy air?

This is a new picture with my fursona Sir Kiljaos the lion paladin of wind riding on his horse Stormblåst, and in a storm once again. This picture is rather big as I did it on A3 sized paper and also I decided to color this with watercolors because I haven't colored anything with those for a long time. Infact the whole idea behind this whole picture was that I wanted to draw something that I can color with watercolors, and decided to draw Sir Kiljaos and Stormblåst, and also wanted to make a large background, showing some more of the world where my characters live. And since it's autumn now I found it appropiate to make the whole picture autumn-themed with the colors and all.

I'm still not used to draw horses so Stormblåst maybe can look too small I think. But at least once again drawing him became easier thanks to his large cloth.

Comments are appreciated. :)
